(1) In addition to the matters mentioned in this rule, in the case of general matters related to the manner to be delivered in the document to be registered in the Court of Appeal, the provision made in paragraph-3 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2048 shall be applicable.
(2) In addition to the matters mentioned in this rule, in the case of general matters related to the manner to be conveyed in the documents to be registered in the district court, the provision made in paragraph-4 of the District Court Rules, 2052 shall be applicable.
